Offices2share.com™ Partners with Crain’s New York Business
New York, N.Y.—March 28, 2001 -- Offices2share.com ( www.offices2share.com ), a nationwide listing service that brings together companies that have short-term office space with businesses and individuals seeking short-term, ready-to-move-into offices, has formed a partnership with Crain’s New York Business to create a new "Short-term Office Space" category in print and online. The agreement gives listors on Offices2share.com the opportunity to purchase a special advertising package that appears simultaneously in a new classified section in the print version of Crain's New York Business. Those who buy the package will not be charged for their listing on Offices2share.com. All others will be charged a nominal monthly fee for Manhattan listings starting in May 2001. “This gives our listors the best of both worlds,” said Jeffrey A. Landers, founder and president of Offices2share.com. “They get a special classified ad in New York's most prestigious business newspaper plus a free listing on Offices2share.com, the definitive Web site for short-term office space.” Advertisers who buy space in Crain’s “Short-term Office Space” section will get a listing on the Offices2Share.com site at no additional cost. Each ad will be cross-referenced to its corresponding online listing, enabling advertisers to provide a detailed description of the space along with a photograph and a floor plan. “Crain’s readers will now find it easier and more efficient to locate the short-term space they need, or to rent their available short-term space,” said Robin Kamen, Crain’s Editor and General Manager, Interactive. “We are excited about this venture with Offices2Share.com, which will kick off when we launch our redesigned site in late April.”
