Triggers Flood of Interest From the Media Los Angeles, Calif. –May 28, 2003—Eutechnyx, developer of many of the world’s most popular driving games such as Test Drive Le Mans, 007 Racing and Big Mutha Truckers, received the prestigious Best Racing Game of the Show award by Maximum Play at E3 (Electronic Entertainment Expo 2003) for their current racing game - SRS, Street Racing Syndicate. The racing award in turn generated a massive number of hits on its online media center site run by the Virtual Press Office. During the show, held at the Los Angeles Convention Center from May 14 to 16, 24,588 visitors clicked on the Virtual Press office resulting in 577 individual press inquiries for the Eutechnyx electronic media kit. According to Sam Cherry of the Virtual Press Office, this was an exceptional result for a development company. “I was amazed when I came to reconcile the number of hits and actually had to double check,” he said. Paul Jobling, marketing director for Eutechnyx said that anticipation of Street Racing Syndicate (SRS), heightened the media reaction. “There has been a great deal of advanced interest in SRS and its win as best racing game confirmed that this will be a hot item,” he said. He also credited the Virtual Press Office with making information easily available to the media. “We had never used the Virtual Press Office before, but found their service to be extremely efficient and easy to use,” he said. “The fact that we received record level of enquiries is a testimony to their efficiency.”
