Hoovers.com EVP Joins the Board of SmallBizRealty
Elisabeth DeMarse to Bring Internet Savvy to Offices2share.com, SmallBizRealty's first product March 6, 2000 -- New York, N.Y. -- Elisabeth DeMarse -- for ten years a top executive at Bloomberg L.P. and presently an executive vice president with Hoovers.com -- has joined the board of SmallBizRealty, Inc., a New York City-based real estate company. In March 1999 SmallBizRealty launched Offices2share.com, the first Internet database devoted to meeting the critical need for small entrepreneurial and professional office space nationwide by matching companies that have excess office space with companies and individuals in need of space. During her tenure at Bloomberg, she was instrumental in helping the company grow from 250 to over 5,000 employees. In addition, she developed Bloomberg's real estate product and launched its Web business in 1994.
